I visited Dodici Pizza Food Truck with my family and we were absolutely impressed! We ordered the signature Pizza Dodici, and it was loaded with generous, well-balanced toppings and plenty of gooey cheese. While in Orlando, I stumbled across this spot and ordered the Burrata Pesto Prosciutto pizza. One bite in and I knew I'd found something special. The crust was perfectly blistered with that airy chew you only get from a true 900 degree oven, and the balance of the creamy burrata, fresh pesto, and salty prosciutto was absolute perfection. This wasn't just good for Florida--this was one of the best pizzas I've had since moving from NYC. If you're serious about pizza and think you've tasted it all, Dodici XII will surprise you in the best way. Easily a 10/10.
